　　We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical & Marketing Intern . During your internship you will interact with various departments from our team in Portugal and gather hands-on experience within the Animal Health area. The internship will run for one year and you will have the chance to experience different challenges across different departments.

　　You will be working from Boehringer Ingelheim’s offices in Portugal .

　　YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Support the main technical-marketing activities: events, briefings, Field Force (FF) trainings, creation and review of promotional/medical materials or content for approved emails;

　　Support technical-marketing projects;

　　Contribute to communications FF and external experts;

　　Coordinate and follow up contracts and payments;

　　Closely collaborate with other departments such as compliance, purchasing, pharmacovigilance, supply, regulatory affairs, etc.

　　Working together with Brand Management in the development of the Activation and Account Plans (AAP);

　　Identifying and implementing value adding customer activities in coordination with the brand managers (e.g. customer programs, material development and production);

　　Participating on multi-channel campaign development, content strategy and optimal channel execution;

　　Provide innovation through testing new marketing channels, new types of content media and new channel execution strategy;

　　WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM?

　　Your passion, creativity and enthusiasm;

　　Educational background in Veterinary Medicine (mandatory)

　　Educational background in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Marketing or similar is considered a plus

　　Previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered a plus;

　　Excellent command of the Portuguese and English language is mandatory;

　　Digital Acumen;

　　Skilled for understanding and communicating scientific information;

　　Profound knowledge of standard MS Office programs;

　　Good interpersonal and communication skills;

　　Accountable: Prioritizes work and drives execution excellence through accuracy, discipline and collaboration;

　　Evidence of strong teamwork and communication skills;

　　Evidence of effective problem – solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
