Job Description The Technical Leader (TL) Integrated SupplyChain - Logistics supports the architectural designs and guidesexecution of goals for their team. The TL values simplicity, diversityof thought and is unafraid to challenge constraints and standardprocedures to achieve the desired Agile design in partnership withadditional subject matter experts. The TL manages all team members tocreate a modular, scalable solution that addresses/incorporates futurearchitectural changes and designs. The TL will guide the teamsengineering practices in test-driven development, continuousintegration, and automated deployment. The TL is a hands-on peoplemanager who coaches their team and removes roadblocks for the team to besuccessful. You will: Be in partnership with technical subject matterexperts, lead the team accountable for the design the technologicalarchitecture of the product. Guide project teams on technology strategyrelated to coding practices, continuous integration and automateddeployment. Oversee the technical design of the product. Mentor thetechnical team, specifically with code reviews. Be a hands-on, workingleader who engages in coding to help the team develop solutions andsolve all surfacing problems at hand. Identify and remove technicalimpediments. Work with Business Product Owner(s) to align the roadmapwith strengths and opportunities within the technical stack Be anadvisor with the Product owner(s) in story creation and acceptancecriteria, and communicate tradeoffs with Designers. Always look forbetter ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution,not afraid of challenging the status quo.
