　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Digital Business Automation is a critical component in the middleware stack and plays a key role in IBM's Automation strategy. As a Software Development Engineering Technical Lead, you will participate in the worldwide technical team for our CloudPak and Decisions products. You will be part of an international team and organization that is distributed around the globe. You will act as a global team member contributing to a seamless 24x7 "follow-the-sun" development and support for IBM's customers. Eventually, you will be working with IBM teams and customers around the world.

　　We are looking for candidates with excellent technical skills and experience leading engineers with software development skills using industry standard tools and techniques, strong Cloud/Docker/Java skills, and a background in cloud operations. Familiarity with the ADS/ODM/CP4BA offering is a benefit. Knowledge of the IBM security standards and procedures would also be preferred.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Software Development Technical Leadership with at least two years experience.

　　Able to motivate and co-ordinate a team of full stack developers with skills in both front-end technologies and frameworks as well as backend technologies.

　　Ability to grow expertise in Containers, Cloud technologies, and Test automation framework.

　　Excellent technical skills, able to lead from the front technically.

　　15+ years of industry experience

　　Front-end: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, NodeJS, Backend: Python, Java, GraphQL, Java/J2EE, REST, Docker, Linux
