Description:

　　Looking for four Robot Weld Technicians

　　Candidates will setup, operate, and tend to welding machines that join or bond components to fabricate metal products or assemblies

　　Candidates will inspect, measure, test completed metal workpieces to ensure conformance to specification using measuring and testing devices

　　Will mechanically troubleshoot, correct and adjust issues on the robots and weld cells

　　Repairs to robots will be troubleshooting why not picking items up, mobility issues, laying down too thick or thin of beads, not properly coming back home and various other issues

　　Repairs to the Weld cells will be, fixing of weld faults, change welding tips, change sensors and other repairs etc.

　　Will communicate and give directions to other operators on machine setup and use

　　Clean, lubricate, maintain, and adjust equipment to maintain efficient operation, using air hoses, cleaning fluids, and hand tools

　　Conduct machine run offs before putting machine into productions to perform any necessary adjustments to equipment

　　Observe meters, gauges, or machine operations to ensure that the processes are meeting specifications

　　Perform preventive or corrective maintenance on robotic systems or machines

　　Troubleshooting of Fanuc robots and some Panasonic robots

　　Skills:

　　Blueprint, Repair, Electrical, Schematic, Mechanical assembly, Automation, Robotics, Troubleshooting, Robot Manipulation

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　MUST HAVES:

　　Must be able to manually move/maneuver robots. Meaning put robot into manual and use teach pendent to bring robot back to "home"

　　Must have experience troubleshooting, repairing robots

　　Must be able to read HMI's
