　　We are currently seeking a Technical Lead to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

　　Job Responsibilities Include:

　　Looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead having experience in upgrade of a vendor software product FIS Private Capital Suite (formerly known as Investran)from its current on-premises version (MR16) to a new version of the software hosted with FIS in Service (SaaS) model. The successful candidate will be leading a team of developers, engineers, quality assurance specialists to ensure a successful migration of Investran to the new version. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and a track record of successful software upgrades.

　　Leads and contributes in defining, documenting and developing software, software applications, as well as participates in architecture and technical design discussions, code reviews and technical design/specificationsResponsible for development, enhancement, testing, support, maintain and troubleshoot/ debug software applications that support business units or support functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools.Creates thorough, professional quality project documentation and technical specificationsEvaluates software change requests, determines business need or conducts root cause analysis, and implements technically efficient solutionsAssesses the impact of software changes and new development on other systems; conducts integration tests to mitigate risksMentors peers and junior team members, and participates in and promotes a knowledge-sharing environmentProactively recommends, schedules, and performs software improvements and upgradesRecommends best practices and policies for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting end user access and usage of database applicationsParticipates and lead critical projects, customer engagements or business processes.Provides design and documentation at an application or function capability level.Participates in establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Minimum 7 years development/ migration experienceMinimum 3 years working in both Unix/Linux and Windows environments

　　Preferred Skills:

　　Has a good understanding of the FIS private Capital Suite software product formerly known as Investran.Has a deep understanding of the requirements for transitioning Private Capital Suite / Investran to a SaaS model known as Investran LIVE.Has proven experience having successfully working as a technical lead on software upgrade or migration projects.Experience with cloud computing, SaaS platforms and API integrations.Strong knowledge of the UNIX/Linux Operating system: shells, file systems, symbolic links, process management, etc.Excellent communication skills; Proven development experience in large-scale, enterprise-style financial services applicationsExperience of working in Agile environmentBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
