　　*Position summary: Technical development / Application development / Technical service

　　*Main Tasks:

　　Coordinate Technical Development (e.g., new application development, product development and technical service) for TPU Korea.

　　Coordinate cross regional technical development activities in TPU.

　　Drive and influence specification for all TPU accounts (sub segment).

　　According to the defined/agreed strategies of the relevant SBU (PMT) product in Korea, focusing on dedicated segments covering TPU sales and application development to achieve business target

　　*Education/Qualifications required:

　　Bachelor of Science degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years' experience in a technical service or research & development role in the chemical or a relevant industry; in-depth expertise in polymer extrusion and injection is preferred.

　　*Competencies required:

　　Expert knowledge in polymer materials, particularly TPU, product development, application development, processing technology.

　　Experience on project management.

　　Strategic thinking, fast learner, willing to familiarize with the Business.

　　Excellent written and spoken communication.

　　Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

　　Motivated self-starter, independent, work under minimum supervision.

　　Ability to multi-task and to be a team player.
