Position Purpose: Responsible for handling theadministration, maintenance, and communication of a national account toinclude regulatory information, waste and characterizations, contractspecifications, manifests and schedules, resolving invoicediscrepancies, etc. to ensure accuracy of customer and/or Veoliapersonnel inquiries. Individual must have knowledgeable expertise inlabpacking, profile creating, chemical grouping, a variety of disposaloptions, treatment facility approvals, RCRA and DOT regulations andcompliance. Provide guidance to field operations staff as well asadministrative support to achieve clients goals, deliver qualityservices at a high level of satisfaction. Incumbent is also responsiblefor maintaining customer file systems, to include customercorrespondence and invoicing accuracy, track transportation, labanalysis, create waste information profiles, as well as update customerdatabase. This position is a hybrid role and can be performed from anyVeolia branch location. Primary Duties/responsibilities: * Complieswith all applicable governmental regulations, and ESS policies andprocedures. * Comply with and enforce all compliance, health andsafety, and procedures in accordance with departmental procedures. *Ensure completion and accuracy of all DOT/EPA and ESS regulationsrequired in submitting paperwork. * Process incoming waste profilesheets for accuracy and forward to appropriate destination indicatingdisposal methodologies for approval and resolve any discrepancies. *Enter a variety of information into the appropriate system programs toinclude profile information, approval decisions, and confirmationletters. * Respond to calls with respect to waste pickup and schedulingby informing appropriate personnel with dates, customer, and schedulingdata. * Maintains customer information in AMS and sales file includingcustomer file which may include customer correspondence, contracts,waste profiles, and current profiles. * Schedules customer pick-ups andcreates customer paperwork such as manifests, LDRs, labels, etc. *Contacts customers on an as-needed basis regarding specific job relatedrequirements, obtaining additional information, and job satisfaction andquality. * Maintain a professional image to clients by answeringinquiries and suggesting solutions to existing and/or potentialproblems. * Oversee all branch specific requirements included in thenational agreement. * Create and/or Review billing packets for accuratecoding data and confirm codes to match contracted pricing for finalapproval.
