  We are seeking a Technical Analyst - III.

  Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.

  Position Required Skills:

  Provides oversight and management for the collection support missions against one (1) (or more) of the major theaters.Provides information for the Government use in developing, defining and documenting operational, maintenance and logistical concepts leading to the development of prototypes, proofs of concepts, modeling and simulations, system requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).Operates, demonstrates and trains current or prototype intelligence systems under test or in use in field or garrison locations. Provides direct management support to units that include each of the military services.Contributes to technical studies, analyses and evaluations of technical mission needs; and makes recommendations to support decision-makers. Conducts technical studies, analyses and evaluations to improve organizational knowledge of doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) status and gaps.Must be capable of maintaining an extensive interaction/working relationship among various representatives of the Intelligence Community (e.g., military services, second and third party customers and vendors).The candidate will:

  Perform Mission Management activitiesDevelop collection-tasking strategiesCapture Target Office of Primary Interest (TOPIs) requirements and promote dissemination of accurate collection assessmentsResearch and resolve operational issues during upgrades/installation of new systems and addition of new capabilitiesProvide technical recommendations to meet collection-tasking strategiesProvide technical recommendations for the development of trainingParticipate in the review and validation of collection priorities submitted by Analysis and ProductionCapture and document knowledge and lessons learned in the area of analytical tradecraftProvide expertise in the acquisition cycle to support integration of systems for customersPerform technical analysis of processes supporting program management, technical planning, system design, integration, verification and validation, cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness as they apply to fielding new systemsPerform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirement allocation, and interface definition studies to translate requirements into system specifications and cost estimatesPerform technical analysis of prototyping activitiesQualifications:

  Twenty (20) years of SIGINT Tactical Operations experience as a signals analyst acquiring, identifying, processing, and reporting on electromagnetic emissions.
