Project OverviewBechtel is partnering with NextDecade to support their vision to provide the world access to lower carbon intensive energy with their Rio Grande LNG (RGLNG) project in Brownsville, Texas.
RGLNG is a natural gas liquefaction and export terminal situated on a 984-acre site on the banks of the Brownsville ship channel. The first phase of the RGLNG project consists of three liquefaction trains, two storage tanks and one marine berth. At full capacity, the five-train facility will have a production capacity of 27 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).

Position SummaryThe TEAMWorks Coordinator will be an administrator and Super User for TeamWorks and interface with Bechtel’s Project Control Lead and Contract Administrator to determine project progress and monthly progress invoicing.
Responsibilties:Input quantities, recognize any anomalies in the data, sort the data as required and distribute for use by Bechtel’s project management team.
Work closely with vendors and procurement during information download from vendors for pipe spool, valve, supports and structural steel to verify completeness.
Have a good understanding of Bechtel’s progress measurement process.
Work with Bechtel’s project management team and contractor to support the project work activities.
Possess sound understanding of database structure and database reporting
Ability to manipulate and move data extracting data for use by project teams
InfoWorks Electronic document management system for specifications, drawings, turnover documents, etc.
PunchWorks Extension of TEAMWorks system to track punch list items status to completion
BPS skills for input and statusing of material orders.
Qualification & SkillsBasic Qualifications:
Prior Bechtel experience as a Coordinator / Administrator or Super User of similar Construction type systems.
Technical degree, certification or equal experience preferred.
3-5 years industry experience in oil, gas and chemical projects is preferred.
Additional Qualifications:Previous module experience is preferred
Must be able to work with Bechtel’s project management team and the client.
