In dieser Position sind Sie (unter anderem) für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

Überprüfung der Einhaltung der jeweiligen Anweisungen und Unterweisung des Teams sowie Förderung der Unternehmenskultur hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz, Umweltschutz, Qualität, Ordnung und Sauberkeit

Organisation und Führung des Bereichs Lager/Versand (z.B. Personaleinteilung, Urlaubsplanung)

Übersicht und Organisation zur Lagerung von Produktionsabfällen

Aktive Mitwirkung und Steuerung der täglichen Lager- und Versandtätigkeiten (z.B. Be- und Entladen, Einlagern, Kommissionierung, Verbringung Produktionsabfälle, Inventur)

Materialbedarfe (zum Beispiel Verpackungsmaterialien) überwachen und bestellen

Verpackungsdaten für Vertriebsanfragen ermitteln

Koordinieren und Optimieren der operativen Prozesse, zum Beispiel hinsichtlich von Sicherheits- und Lean-Maßnahmen

Analyse und Auswertung mit den berichtenden Mitarbeitern bei Abweichungen und Materialflussproblemen zum Beispiel in der Arbeits- und Umweltsicherheit, Qualität, Liefertreue

Schnittstellenkommunikation zu anderen, relevanten Stakeholdern (z.B. QSE, Einkauf, Produktion, Finanzen, Vertrieb)

Für diese Rolle erfüllen Sie idealerweise folgende fachlichen und persönlichen Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung innerhalb des Unternehmens

Führungserfahrung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lager Versand

Staplerführerschein und Höhentauglichkeit

Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit

Sicherer Umgang mit Outlook, Office und ERP-Systemen (bevorzugt Microsoft Dynamics Navision)

Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse

Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
