　　TAG is a subsidiary of AandM, an established leader in providing global leadership and advisory services to a variety of diverse industries. TAG professionals specialize largely in providing financial and accounting buy-side and sell-side due diligence, capital markets and accounting advisory, global transaction analytics, ESG advisory and other related MandA services for private equity, hedge funds, sovereign wealth, family office and corporate clients around the world.

　　Global Transaction Analytics (GTA)

　　AandM's Global Transaction Analytics (GTA) practice, within our Transaction Advisory Group, has an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team in New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Miami, Nashville, Los Angeles and San Francisco. We are seeking a Senior Associate to bring their energy, passion, and expertise to help our clients get the answers they need to get the deal done across the investment lifecycle from pre-deal to post-deal analysis.

　　AandM GTA provides data analytics services to clients to uncover maximum actionable insights to support their MandA, divestment and investment strategy. GTA is a global team which leverages market leading technology, advanced analytics capabilities, and AandM's operational, functional and industry expertise to drive relevant business insights. Our global team provides analytics as a service to private equity and corporates across the transaction lifecycle.

　　What will you be doing?

　　As a Senior Associate in our GTA practice, you will have the opportunity to work with our highly motivated and effective team of professionals on a variety of interesting projects across different industries including but not limited to manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services as well as healthcare, software and technology, energy and financial services. You will add value to our clients by offering data-enabled business, financial, and operational transparency during pre-acquisition due diligence or post-acquisitions performance improvement projects.

　　Responsibilities will include:Assist with numerous client engagementsEffectively facilitate day-to-day client interaction and relationshipsWork cohesively and collaboratively across stakeholdersCounsel and mentor junior members of the team and continue to develop the team's technical acumenProactively recruit, train, and develop junior staff members

　　Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or transaction servicesBuy-side/vendor due diligence experience across industries preferredUnderstanding of MandA / PE investment lifecycle preferredBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems or a related fieldUnderstanding of data extraction, manipulation, analytics and visualization approachesStrong technical background with hands-on data analytics experienceProficiency in Microsoft Excel, relational databases/SQL querying, Alteryx, business intelligence/visualization (Tableau preferred), big data and machine learning conceptsAbility to leverage business intelligence softwareAbility to communicate complex technical concepts in a through yet concise mannerExceptional...
