Schedule Details:3 -11 PM and 11 PM - 7 AM shits, with weekend and holiday rotationrequired. Possible shifts at the other OMH and MUK hospital. What YouWill Do: Under the leadership of the Safety/Security Supervisor, theSecurity Team Leader oversees and monitors the operational functions ofthe assigned shift. Provide a safe environment for any person; propertyon the PHC Campuses. Responsible for insuring the department and teammembers are providing excellent customer service at all times includingproviding a safe secure environment. Monitors and adjusts workassignments, workflow, and insures systems are maintained to provideoptimal security services. Responsible for maintaining report turnaroundwithin established goals and guidelines. Initiates contact withInformation Services and vendors to coordinate support as needed.Provides, monitors, and adjusts work assignments for dispatchers onassigned shift. Insures department meets its goals and objectives.Provides staff education and support necessary for goal achievement.What you will need: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least2 years of previous experience in law enforcement and/or security.Current State of WI Driver\'s License with acceptable driving record.Previous leadership experience preferred.
