Team Lead - IT Helpdesk/Systems Administrator (BUDAPEST, ON SITE ONLY)

　　As an IT Helpdesk technician at Instructure in Budapest, you'll play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support to our internal teams. Your focus will be on ensuring the efficient resolution of IT issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and team collaboration.

　　Responsibilities:

　　IT Support: Provide hands-on on-site IT support to resolve complex technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.

　　Documentation: Maintain accurate records of on-site IT support requests, resolutions, and system changes.

　　Process Improvement: Continuously improve on-site IT helpdesk processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.

　　Resource Allocation: Assign and distribute on-site support tasks effectively among team members to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

　　Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers for on-site hardware and software procurement and support.

　　Reporting: Generate regular reports on on-site IT helpdesk performance, including incident resolution times and customer satisfaction metrics.

　　Requirements:

　　Strong knowledge of on-site IT hardware, software, and network systems.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Familiarity with on-site IT service management (ITSM) tools.

　　Fluent in English

　　Leadership experience

　　Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field. (Recommended)

　　IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, or Cisco) are a plus.
