Responsible direct coaching andoversight of staff assigned for the day. Responsible for qualityassurance of team deliverables. Subject matter expert in phlebotomy,collecting blood products and compliance requirements. Consistentlystrives to enhance existing services and influence resulting actionplans. Ensures a customer focused approach is implemented andsystematically analyzes customer information. Understands widerorganizational goals and works in partnership with colleagues and otherdepartments to achieve common goals.
