　　This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, lookingfor the next step in their career. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for :

　　Complete allReceiving tasks – load / unload trucks, break down shipments, packproduct, put away product.

　　Use of powered industrial equipment –Stand Up Reach Left, Dockstocker, Walkie Rider

　　Managing workflow and assigning employeesto tasks

　　Following up to ensure key metrics are attained.

　　Training new employees

　　Working in tandem with supervisor

　　Modeling the Siemens HealthineersPrinciples

　　· Valid driver’s license in goodstanding

　　· Basic computer skills

　　· Ability to work in arefrigerated environment (35-46 degrees) for up to 10 hours per day if needed.

　　*Thestarting pay is $22.26 plus 10% shift differential.
