　　Trane Abu Dhabi is hiring for a Sales Engineer to join the newly formed Trane Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing trusting customer relationships and maximizing account share and customer retention with building owner accounts in Abu Dhabi

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC solutions for the customer’s problems, including financial and performance-based considerations.

　　Identify and position a unique value proposition directly with an owner.

　　Utilize Account Management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts.

　　Approach new prospects and identify business opportunities through cold calls.

　　Gathers or validates preliminary information and performs facility walk-through to identify energy saving opportunities.

　　Understand and present value of energy and operational savings and basic financial sales understanding.

　　Convert leads into opportunities by assigning the appropriate sales process, identifying the required sales team members, making assignments, and communicating the next steps in the process.

　　Meet or exceed sales and gross margin annual targets.

　　Assist customers in answering technical questions on HVAC solutions, Trane Products, and relevant industry issues.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

　　Minimum 3 - 5 years sales experience in selling HVAC systems and solutions.

　　Proven success in the aftermarket and existing building sector

　　Must have Abu Dhabi market experience.

　　Working knowledge of HVAC solutions including heating and cooling systems.

　　Knowledge of control systems is an advantage.

　　Experience in the industrial sector is an advantage

　　Must possess a valid driver’s license
