  What you bring Technical skills in tax, technology, and data. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, as well as experience with tax technology and data analytics. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Tax Technology professionals must be able to identify and solve complex problems, as well as analyze data to make informed decisions. Communication and interpersonal skills. Tax Technology professionals must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. They must also be able to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. Adaptability and resilience. The tax technology landscape is constantly changing, so Tax Technology professionals must be able to adapt to new technologies and regulations. They must also be able to handle stress and setbacks in a positive way. Passion for tax technology. Tax Technology is a rapidly growing field, and the ideal candidate will be passionate about using technology to solve tax problems.   At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.

  The base salary range for this full-time position is between $25100 USD to $84800 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
