　　Looking for a full-time Tax Supervisor to join our growing CPA practice who has been in the Las Vegas Market for over 20 years. We provide tax, bookkeeping, and audit consulting services to business entities like not-for-profits, Construction, Manufacturing, Medical, and many other industries. This position is for a professional working in our client's tax division. The successful candidate will be career-minded, strive to continuously build knowledge and skill for themselves and for the firm, and show initiative by volunteering and taking on increased responsibilities. A valid CPA license is preferred, but not required.

　　salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

　　education: Masters

　　Responsibilities

　　Review all types of returns prepared by staff, such as 1040, 1120, 1065 and 990 returns

　　Supervise 2 tax accountants and review of returns

　　Research tax authority to support positions on tax returns.

　　IRS exposure for correspondance

　　Prepare more advanced tax returns.

　　Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to find solutions to challenging situations.

　　Take initiative to go the extra mile for our clients and co-workers.

　　Respond timely, professionally, and courteously to inquiries from clients, co-workers, managers, partners, and other business contacts.

　　Work closely with tax partners, managers, and other staff to determine the best solutions for clients.

　　Assist managers in explaining concepts to less-experienced staff.

　　Interact positively within a team and communicate with all co-workers to get projects completed accurately and on time.

　　Provide accurate, timely, and quality results to clients.
