Aerotek is seeking applicants for a Facilities Maintenance Technician 2nd or 3rd shift. This is a contract to hire, full time, and long-term job.

　　Job Details

　　Status: Contract

　　Facilities Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for PMs and service calls on facilities equipment like:

　　-Air handlers

　　-Exhaust fans

　　-HVAC filters

　　-Roof top units

　　-Cooling towers

　　-Bathroom - toilets, sinks, drains, faucets, urinals, etc.

　　-Lighting

　　-Outlets

　　Experience Required:

　　High school diploma or vocational schooling

　　2+ years of maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting

　　HVAC experience
