Description A company in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area is currently seeking a Tax Preparer to fill an open role. 　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Complete and invoice for form preparation fees

　　Support clients by gathering mandatory information/documents

　　Prepare transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies manually

　　Administer relevant data into Tax software application

　　Take care of clients with incoming calls to facilitate tax questions and set appointments

　　Conduct other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned Requirements - Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred

　　Expertise in Drake Tax Software

　　Practical knowledge of Expense Reporting

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Deductible

　　Adeptness in customer service

　　General familiarity with documentation

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Software Systems

　　Financial Records experience highly preferred

　　Intuit proseries experience

　　Microsoft Excel experience highly desired

　　Lacerte Tax Software experience preferred

　　Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

　　Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
