　　Responsibilities

　　Complete other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

　　Handle clients with incoming calls to delegate tax questions and set appointments

　　Supply the Tax software application with correct data

　　Manually arrange transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

　　Support clients by gathering mandatory information/documents

　　Compute and invoice for form preparation fees

　　Requirements - Capable of working independently with minimal oversight

　　Command of Individual Tax Return

　　Foundational knowledge in State tax

　　Federal Income Tax Return experience

　　Solid understanding of Tax Preparation

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred

　　Spreadsheet and database capabilities

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

　　Outstanding data entry skills

　　Ability to multitask effectively
