　　Post Anesthesia Care Unit – PACU Recovery

　　*Patient Population: * Heart, Lung, and Vascular patients

　　Number of Beds: 15

　　Department Specifics: Unit hours 0700-2130 Mon-Fri.

　　Shift: Day Shift / Scheduled PRN shifts are 10- or 12-hour shifts, will have scheduled notice.

　　Experience Required: Candidates MUST have minimum experience of (2+) two recent years in recovering Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular Surgeries and/or Cardiovascular ICU. Preferred experience in recovering EP Lab procedures.

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program

　　MAJOR - Nursing

　　EXPERIENCE - Candidates MUST have a minimum of (2+) two plus years recent experience in recovering CV PACU and/or Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular Surgeries (CVICU). Preferred experience in recovering EP Lab procedures.

　　CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)

　　Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS and ACLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
