We invite an Experienced Tax Preparation Administrative Assistant to join one of our highly esteemed client teams. This paramount role requires a deep understanding and hands-on experience with tax preparation, alongside profound administrative support competencies.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Tax department.

Compile and organize tax forms, reports, and financial statements.

Liaise with clients to obtain necessary tax information.

Keep updated with all tax-related laws and regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tax Preparation Administrative Assistant.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in tax preparation and compliance.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite.
