　　We seek a Partner in our Tax Practice (https://www.cbh.com/services/tax/) who will be responsible for serving and growing Private Client Services (https://www.cbh.com/services/advisory/private-client-services-tax-accounting-advisory/) (PCS) clients in our Washington, DC Metro practice. Located in Tysons Corner, VA or Rockville, MD, this highly visible position offers excellent training, development, and professional growth. Limited travel in this region should be expected. Relocation assistance may be offered.

　　You'll use your taxation expertise to lead a team that provides personal, compliance, and business tax planning services to partnerships, owners, families, family businesses, as well as high net worth individuals. Ability to service Real Estate (https://www.cbh.com/industries/real-estate-construction/) clients is a plus.

　　You’ll use your client service team leadership skills, acting as a role model, to provide coaching, mentoring, and training in the development of managers and staff.

　　To continue our success, we're looking for a partner who will contribute to expanding the practice by using their strong professional network of business contacts and referral sources and by engaging in business development opportunities with other firm leaders.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must have an active CPA license.

　　Requires PCS expertise with partnerships (flow-through entity taxation). Real Estate experience is a plus.

　　Experience with complex federal corporate (C and S), multi-state, individual, and partnership compliance and planning are necessary.

　　Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements.

　　Strong leadership and staff development skills for coaching a client service team.

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills.

　　Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with other partners and for providing guidance to clients as their “trusted advisor.”

　　Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
