　　Responsibilities:Review real estate partnership/corporate returnsManage compliance engagements, from budgeting to scheduling to managing staffExperience in working with REITsPerform research and draft memoranda on real estate issuesTrain and supervise staff, review and evaluate their workMake suggestions to help improve efficiencies, within department and on engagementsBuild new and existing client relationships and demonstrate interest and knowledge of client's business
