Our team currently includes Physicians and midlevelpractitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers to support collaborativebehavioral health needs within the clinic and access to severalspecialty provider resources, from across the GHS organization, bothonsite and readily available a phone call or message away, to provideoutreach services and consultative support to providers and patients inBoscobel and our surrounding communities. We have Family MedicineClinics located in Boscobel, Fennimore and Muscoda, WI that serveseveral rural communities in the driftless area of Southwest Wisconsin.This position will work Monday through Friday with a schedule set incollaboration with the needs of the patients, communities, and providerin mind. Currently general patient care hours are 7:30am - 4:30pm, withan extended day in clinic to equate to approximately thirty-five patientcontact hours per week.
