　　Key Responsibilities:

　　 1. Install and replace commercial glass in various settings, including storefronts, curtain walls, and interior glass partitions.

　　Measure, cut, and fabricate glass and aluminum frames to precise specifications.

　　Ensure glass is properly sealed, insulated, and secured to meet safety and performance standards.

　　Repair and maintain glass structures as necessary.

　　Work as part of a team and collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure successful project completion.

　　Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

　　Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.

　　Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards.

　　Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

　　Qualifications:

　　 - Proven experience as a Commercial Glazier, with a minimum of 5-10 years in the field.

　　Strong knowledge of glass and glazing materials, techniques, and equipment.

　　Proficiency in cutting, shaping, and installing glass and aluminum frames.

　　Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

　　Strong communication and teamwork skills.

　　Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

　　Strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
