MHM is anindependent CPA firm that provides audit, review and attest services,while CBIZ provides business consulting, tax and financial services.The Denver office location is looking for a local or remote applicant,looking for a balanced and rewarding, customized career in taxes.We work asa team, in an environment of respect for one another, and we serveclients.Consistent with our core values, (i) we do the right thing,(ii) our people matter, (iii) we are dedicated to the success of ourclients, (iv) we expect to win, and (iv) we are one CBIZ.Essential Functions and Primary DutiesBased on your experience and interests, serve as client's trustedadvisor, demonstrating knowledge of industry trends, identify clientissues and conflicts; proactively communicating solutions to clients andyour tDevelop, train, lead, and manage staff on engagements (such as taxreturns, consulting projects, etc.); complete technical and strategicreviews as a valuable client service team leader; ensure the time deliveryof valuable servicesDemonstrate and continually develop technical skills for handling clientresponsibilities, including knowledge of trends, industries,alternatives, etc.Understand the client's organization, procedures and internal policiesParticipate, network, and lead new and existing client relationshipdevelopment, supported by Directors; participate and lead clientmeetings, presentations and proposal development and meet individual crossserve goals necessary to become a stronger trusted advisor.Manage and retain multiple client relationships, engagements and specialprojectsFoster a team environment; demonstrates support of management and decisionsand build a positive cultureMost importantly, create, develop and pursue your own personalized careergoals and work with leaders interested in supporting your achievements.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree required6 years of experience in public accounting or related field3 years supervisory experienceMust have active CPA or equivalent certificationAbility to manage all aspects of client engagementsDemonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout alllevels of organization, both internally and externallyMust be able to travel based on client and business needsProficient use of applicable technologyThe annual salary target for this job in this market is$110,000-$150,000. The specific compensation for this role will bedetermined based on the education, experience, and skill set of theindividual selected for this position.The compensation above is not representative of an employee's totalcompensation.
