　　QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with university economic degree, having at least 3-5 years of experience in general taxation gained in industry or in a tax consultancy firm. Preferred candidates have a Romanian Tax Consultants certification and should be proficient in the following requirements:Strong knowledge of tax codes and experience with compliance procedures for corporationsWillingness to travel inside Romania, especially regular visits of the different companiesAbility to organize and prioritize tasks and coordinate the tasks among other tax team membersExperience in process and project managementCapable of working independently as well as the ability to build relationships and interact with several Continental stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiativesStrong analytical, strategic thinking and negotiation skillsGood written and oral communication skills in English languageAdvanced experience with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
