　　KPMG is currently seeking a Tax Associate or Senior Associate to join our Business Tax Services (https://tax.kpmg.us/content/tax/en/index.html) practice.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist with accounting methods assessment, design, and implementation of projects related to revenue and expense recognition, capitalized items, fixed assets, and inventories

　　Provide support with cost segregation studies and tax depreciation analysis

　　Research technical issues, prepare reports, and propose viable solutions

　　Aid in the preparation, review, and filing of Form 3115 Application for Change in Accounting method

　　Offer quality assurance, engagement preparation and exam support

　　Additional Responsibilities for Senior Associate

　　Provide support for method reviews and assessments by assisting with the designing and implementing of projects related to revenue and expense recognition, capitalized items, fixed assets, and inventories

　　Assist in new business development, including add-on business, while sustaining excellent client service by networking within the firm and building on existing relationships outside of the firm

　　Offer quality assurance, engagement review and exam support

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum one years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or corporate taxation experience

　　Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university

　　Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PDF, and PowerPoint

　　Experience performing tax research, reading case law and familiarity with the internal revenue code and associated regulations

　　Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to handle multiple engagements and client service teams

　　Ability to travel and work at client locations

　　Additional Qualifications for Senior Associate
