　　A large tax company based Downtown Los Angeles is looking for an eager Tax Assistant to join the team! This position is fully onsite Downtown Los Angeles and is temp to hire. 　　Your responsibilities include:

　　Support clients with incoming calls to simplify tax questions and set appointments

　　Administer other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

　　Reach out to clients to gather required information/documents

　　Manually fashion completed transaction tax returns utilizing various methods (Paper, E File, EDI Upload) with various government agencies

　　Compute and invoice for form preparation fees

　　Administer relevant data into Tax software application

　　Requirements

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　1+ years accounting experience

　　Data entry experience with Excel

　　AA or BS/BA in Accounting or finance preferred

　　Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical

　　Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
