Adecco has an opening for an Tax Accountant with a leading client of ours in Port Washington, NY. This is a temp to perm role for someone who is experienced in tax returns and general accounting/bookkeeping functions. You can learn more in the job description below.

　　Job Description

　　Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company's tax database

　　Make sure that clients comply with federal, state and local tax regulations

　　Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports

　　Experience with Lacerte Tax is preferred but not required

　　Provide general bookkeeping services to clients by tracking financial transactions (i.e. check deposits and disbursements)

　　Requirements

　　Three to five years of public tax accounting experience, including preparation of income tax returns.

　　Bachelor's degree in accounting

　　Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Pay Details: $36.06 to $48.08 per hour
