　　“Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program that enables Saudi talents to acquire the needed skills & knowledge for various professions within the hospitality field within a specific time frame by using a combination of classroom learning and On Job Training.”

　　Job Description

　　Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard. 

　　Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest. 

　　Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional    service. 

　　To ensure that all specific tasks are cleaned and presented within the allocated time frame, to the standard required by the Housekeeping Managers. 

　　To be courteous and discreet with guests requests. 

　　To handle guest queries in accordance with company standard. 

　　To train new employees to required standard.  

　　To ensure that damage to linen and equipment are reported through the correct channels. 

　　Other duties as specified by the Housekeeping Manager. 

　　Complies with the hotel policy and procedures regarding Fire, Health and Safety and Hygiene. Attends regular training sessions.  

　　To ensure guests come first.  

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.

　　Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.

　　Basic English skills are a must.

　　Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.

　　Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.

　　Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
