You are:A seasoned talent strategist who knows how to lead workforce transformation efforts across talent functions. You have deep expertise in designing innovative solutions that empower organizations to evolve in today’s fast-changing landscape. With a passion for creating future-ready workforces, you bring a blend of strategic thinking, digital fluency, and practical know-how to every client engagement.

You are a Consulting Thought Leader Expert with deep experience in Talent Strategy Development within the Health industry. You have deep, differentiated skills and expertise that are in high demand and relevant in the market. You have energy and drive in abundance, along with personal resilience, a passion for serving clients, and a love of continual learning. As a senior leader, you’re a natural at appreciating diverse perspectives and bringing out the best in teams, while also establishing credibility confidence with C-Suite client leaders. As a Principal Director, you demonstrate “the four Cs” to the fullest:

Credentials – you have a proven track record of consistently delivering high value work.

Capability – you can show meaningful contribution to assets and practice areas.

Connections – you have evidence of C-Suite relevance and demonstrated ability to build senior client relationships.

Content – you have demonstrated ability to contribute, build, and lead thought capital.

The work:

Develop and execute holistic talent transformation strategies for clients across industries.

Help clients design and roll out comprehensive talent strategies covering hiring, learning, mobility, and retention.

Leverage human centric approaches to integrate AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies into talent management solutions.

Shape new skilling approaches to address workforce capability gaps and future needs.

Support the creation of dynamic employee experiences, blending people, technology, and culture.

Drive change initiatives that enable organizations to adopt and sustain talent innovations.

Contribute to business development, including crafting proposals, supporting client relationships, and expanding the practice's capabilities.

Lead internal initiatives such as market research, thought leadership, and capability-building efforts.

Be ready to build those air miles with travel as needed

Here’s what you need:

Minimum of 10 years of experience working in integrated Talent functions

Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Consulting, Advisory, or Project-based environments

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Health Industry

Bonus points if:You’ve got experience in 3 or more of the following areas:

Talent Strategy

Strategic Workforce Planning

Skills Strategy / Skills Driven Talent Practices

Strategic Sourcing

Learning Strategy / Learning Development

Technology Talent Development

You have experience working with key Human Capital Management Systems, including Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.

You understand program design, development and administration of HR processes

You are staying current with Generative AI capabilities and toolsets applicable to Talent functions.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.

California $163,000 to $434,000

Colorado $163,000 to $375,000

District of Columbia $173,500 to $399,300

Illinois $150,900 to $375,000

Minnesota $163,000 to $375,000

Maryland $150,900 to $347,200

New York $150,900 to $434,000

Washington $173,500 to $399,300
