　　BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as GL/Treasurer our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo (CO).

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Maintain and enhance the relationship to banks (negotiate bank conditions and contracts);

　　Develop and implement treasury guidelines and policies in accordance with SOX;

　　Manage corporate liquidity and forecast cash flow on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;

　　Check liquidity requirements for short- and medium-term needs;

　　Create of financial reports;

　　Bank account management (accounting entries, checking bank conditions, checking account statements, calculating interest income and expense, etc.);

　　Daily/monthly reconciliation of bank movements and co.ge;

　　Cash pooling management;

　　Analyze customer exposures and guarantees, overdraft orders;

　　Check payments from customers, reminders and overdue reports;

　　Cooperate with and support Accounting, Controlling and other departments with respect to treasury topics;

　　Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing;

　　Monthly travel expense accounting & reporting;

　　Daily bank transactions/ cash pool/ cash flow report;

　　Balance sheet accounts reconciliation.

　　Education & Experiences

　　Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or equivalent culture;

　　5 – 10 years of experience in similar role;

　　Experience with SAP;

　　Strong Excel skills;

　　Advanced analytical skills;

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

　　Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills;

　　Availability to travel;

　　Fluent in English.
