As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union, you will be responsible for directing the overall selection and recruitment process for employees, as well as sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring.

　　This position has remote work flexibility, but will require days in the Alpena North Office for various tasks.

　　This position requires three to five years of similar or related experience or (1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
