  Zebra Technologies Brno is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our EMEA TA team and play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the region.

  Responsibilities:

  Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.

  Collaborates with hiring managers on recruitment and identifying ideal candidate

  Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates.

  Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.

  Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications

  Creating compelling job descriptions

  Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  Provides support to senior members as assigned

  Qualifications:

  We are looking for motivated individual who wants to start or continue their career in recruitment. For this role we are looking for candidates with:

  Advanced level of English language – written and spoken (used on daily bases)

  Excellent communication skills and time management

  Strong attention to detail

  Ability to work in a team and individually

  Advantages:

  Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

  Previous experience (internship or entry-level) in talent acquisition or recruitment is a plus.

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
