Learn more about us at ABOUT THE JOB Responsibilities Lead Company Recruiting Strategy, with a focus on supporting the business as it grows Evaluate, design, implement, and monitor our talent acquisition processes to ensure the most effective and efficient methodologies are in place for a successful hire Advise senior leadership on all aspects of recruitment, attraction, and retention strategies, including the impact of salary, short- and long-term incentives, benefits, and internal / external perception on employee engagement and retention. Collaborate closely with each department leader to understand department needs and drive hiring of key positions to address those needs. Oversee the management, refinement, and improvement of our applicant tracking system. Introduce and develop new web- and mobile based platforms and tools to accommodate growing hiring needs and audience. Manage relationships with vendors to include contract staffing firms, search firms, compliance-related services, and recruitment marketing firms. Ensure staffing strategies support company diversity goals and placement objectives. Develop processes and systems to easily report recruiting activities for required compliance Perform other miscellaneous related duties, as needed. ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in related field 10+ years of work experience in progressive staffing management Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes Strong working knowledge of recruiting-related employment laws and best practices Relevant industry experiences a plus. Working knowledge and use of all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional presence, polished written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of employees Prior experience with Affirmative Action/OFCCP reporting and compliance Creative, innovative thinker with a healthy balance of humility and confidence Excellent and creative sourcing skills, particularly for high volume positions and specialty skill/niche positions; social media savvy Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office setting TRAVEL Ability to travel less than 10%, as needed Ref 2024-269 All applications must be received online.
