　　Job Description

　　Collaborating on innovation challenges, interacting with Industry leaders, attending cross-functional networking events and volunteering for community service activities.

　　Responsibility:

　　• Manage Internship hiring project, including process refine, channel evaluation and selection, market intelligence, and etc.

　　• Support and handle Internship hiring.

　　• Recruiting team coordinator – to coordinate and facilitate interviews, supporting reference check and manage TA Center daily operation.

　　• Support recruiting activities, including open day, campus talk and lectures, etc.

　　• Other ad hoc task – raw data download, data analysis, etc.

　　Qualification:

　　• Graduate students graduating in 2025 is preferred

　　• Human Resources or related major preferred

　　• Can work for 4 days per week and 6 months internship.

　　• Taking initiative and self-starter

　　• Organization, prioritization and follow through skills

　　• Drive for results

　　• Willing to learn new things

　　• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

　　• Good English skills in both written and spoken
