About Talent Acquisition Intern

  RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Talent Acquisition/HR Intern to join our team starting this February. The Talent Acquisition/HR Intern will have the opportunity to work and collaborate with The Talent Acquisition team. This role will provide support to the TA/HR team in completing goals and initiatives across the TA function. This TA Intern position has a weekday schedule. This position will be 10-12 hours a week during the school year and 30 hours per week during the summer. (75%) Recruiting Strategy Support Works with HR team to implement the company's diversity outreach plan Identifies career fairs and other communication outreach opportunities in markets across the country Creates a model for partnering with colleges Partners with HR Recruiting team to implement new recruiting module (15%) Other Project and Team Support Provides project support for various HR strategic initiatives as assigned Maintains a high level of integrity and discretion in the handling of confidential information (10%) Performs other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES) REQUIRED: Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines Skill in organizing and prioritizing work and following assignments through to completion Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet established deadlines Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant change Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptions Ability to maintain regular attendance and on-time arrival to work as scheduled Ability to resolve service recovery issues and understand when to escalate to the next level Ability to convey complex subject matter clearly and engagingly Ability to remain calm in difficult situations Ability to effectively communicate with associates and managers using excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work overtime as needed to ensure deadlines are met Ability to accurately 10 key and data entry Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner Required: Current enrollment in, or recent completion of a Bachelor's degree program for Human Resources or related field Strong desire to learn the human resources field Strong attention to detail Skill with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in social media Preferred: Knowledge of payroll/HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Be a part of something bigger -- join our team in transforming lives through remarkable service.
