　　To achieve our vision, we are searching for Taekwondo Teachers with a Bachelor’s degree, at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience, and mastery of Taekwondo.

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Execute a vision of excellence in Taekwondo, working with leaders and teammates to craft inquiry-based and rigorous lessons that inspire self-confidence and discipline in all students

　　- Build a classroom culture that fosters students’ genuine love for learning and creates a sense of community for our families

　　- Assist with whole-school initiatives and provide instructional support as needed

　　- Use data-driven approaches and teaching resources to drive student achievement

　　- Develop authentic, meaningful relationships with students and families to support student growth

　　- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly professional development opportunities with leaders and colleagues to benefit from feedback that will help you grow as an educator

　　- Lead a strong after-school Taekwondo program that furthers students’ passion and skill set, and prepares them for competition

　　We are hiring for immediate openings and onboarding on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $62,000 and $90,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience teaching in a lead capacity in a school and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
