About Net Revenue Manager

  Job Description:The Net Revenue Manager ensures financial accounting andreporting is in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles;maintains a strong system of internal controls; hires, trains, developsand retains competent personnel; and provides excellent services to customers.

  As the Net Revenue Manager you need to know how to:

  Work and be productive in a fully remote / work from home environment.

  Manage the operation of the performance of all procedures in the net revenuedepartment.

  Collaborate with the department management team in planning, programdevelopment, human resource management, budget planning, customersatisfaction, associate safety, communication and compliance withregulatory ag

  Evaluate service needs and volumes and adjusts staffing levels accordingly,along with maintaining effective and appropriate staffing and staff schedulingto ensure goals are met.

  Promote staff flexibility and cross-training and provide communication toassociates through huddles, staff meetings and other forms of communicationto relay updates regarding department updates, organizational activities,financial performance, educational opportunities, interdepartmentalactivities and QI activities.

  Problem solve to address issues relating to customer service. Promote aneffective working relations and works effectively as part of a department andinterdepartmentally to facilitate that departments ability to meet its goalsand objectives.

  Participate in interdisciplinary committees throughout the organization.

  Manage human resource functions such as interviewing, selection,orientation, education/training, feedback, performance evaluation,and policy and procedure development. Maintains personnel files, includingdocumentation of appropriate staff orientation, competency, training,discipline and performance reviews.

  Oversee department timekeeping and payroll and collaborate with HR concerningemployee issues and performance, along with conducting employee coaching,counselling, disciplinary actions and annual appraisals.

  Monitor staff adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures.

  Participate in the preparation of operational and capital budgets, alongwith fiscal accountability of services, operational and capital planning,annual operating plans, business plans for new services and human resourcestructure.

  Prepare and present business plans, reports, and other statistical data,along with monitoring supply inventories and capital equipment purchases.

  Oversee and manage instrument service contracts, and ensure equipment ismaintained and functioning properly.

  Partner with the department director and leadership team to identify and drivequality and performance improvement initiatives.

  Participate in establishing mechanisms to design, measure, maintain, andimprove the performance and quality of department services.

  Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines and establisheddepartmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assuranceprogram, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

  Participate with management team and staff in development of action plans inline with the organization's strategic initiatives and goals.

  Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree, requiredThree (3) years of experience, requiredCPA, preferred

  The Net Revenue Manager will need to have proficiency with Crowe Horwath RCAtool, familiarity with Lawson and Avega decision support (stronglypreferred), and proficiency with Excel, Word (Microsoft Office suite)

  This is a fully remote / Work from home position
