Provide on-call support on a rotational basis. MinimumRequirements High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s degreepreferred. 3+ years of experience supporting PCs in an enterpriseenvironment. Practical working knowledge of an Active Directory Domainenvironment. A+ and / or MCSA Certification preferred. Familiarity withMicrosoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), System CenterConfiguration Manager (SCCM) and / or Intune for managing deploymentsand device updates is preferred. Ability to occasionally work afterhours or weekends.
