About the role:
The Netskope Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Operations & Enablement (GSOE) organization is looking for an operations professional to support GTM systems, processes, and tooling. The candidate will create, re-design, and document strategic process enhancements, including but not limited to: lead management, prospecting, onboarding, training. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders across GTM to drive initiatives to increase productivity through efficiencies, alignment, automation, and enablement.
The candidate will be analytical, generating insights that will influence business decisions; confident to make recommendations impacting business performance; and technical as a systems administrator (experience using Salesforce is required). This professional must demonstrate a natural curiosity to understand business processes, be able to problem solve, and build trusted relationships. We are seeking a systems and process-oriented individual, who is motivated, results driven, and can operate in a lean environment with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Project manage critical business initiatives around GTM Tools and Data for continuous improvement, productivity, scalability, and operational excellence Work across the GTM organization, involving Sales/Marketing/CX/Channel Operations, Field Enablement, and Reporting functions to execute and deliver measured value Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement Communicate status of systems, processes, and tooling initiatives in a timely manner and across global stakeholder teams Become the SME of tools within the GTM Tech Stack helping to rollout best practices, training and answering inquiries Drive change management including but not limited to: communications, process documentation, training and enablement, governance, and policy development
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in implementing and enhancing systems supporting Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Systems Engineering, and Support 3+ years Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Business Development experience Knowledge of and experience with project management methodologies 3+ years Salesforce experience Experience implementing and managing SaaS platforms: Groove, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Chorus, Lusha Experience with data quality initiatives, working with Master Data Management, Sales Hierarchy structures, and data flow architectures as they relate to Salesforce Positive problem solver who loves the challenge of advancing customer service beyond the status quo Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across many different operating teams
Preferred Qualifications:
In-depth understand on the relationship between: Campaigns, Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Activities and Opportunity objects as well as the associated systems and process linkages Able to develop trusted working relationships with stakeholders and partners Able to work across a diverse stakeholder community and multiple levels within the organization Experience facilitating and conducting processes, and tooling design/requirement sessions Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing quantitative and analytical abilities Demonstrated track record of delivering on time, with accuracy, and with high/broad visibility
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, or related degree
