　　Duties & Responsibilities:

　　Facilitate product or system requirements gathering and analysis withsponsors and other key stakeholders

　　Verify systems engineering product life-cycle components to includedefinitions, requirements analysis, synthesis, systems analysis andimplementation

　　Conduct product or system design synthesis translating requirements intophysical architectures for systems of moderate complexity to include definingand refining internal and external interfaces

　　Develop and contribute to technical reports and diagrams detailing productor system attributes

　　Analyze product or system functionality as defined by requirements

　　Develop roadmaps for Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (EMSO) testand training infrastructure at the NSTTC

　　Determine needs and methods for integration of NSTCC EMSO activities withother test and training ranges

　　Recommend methodologies and specific infrastructure to perform test andevaluation activities and crewmember training for space warfighting systems

　　Provide detailed requirements development and decomposition to implementNSTTC EMSO recommendations, down to key performance parameters

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Candidates for this position must be U.S. Citizens.

　　Active TS/SCI Clearance

　　Space and Electronic Warfare experience that includes either operations,test, maintenance of mission, or test range systems

　　Proficiency related to the development and publication of technical reports

　　Strong analytical and briefing skills.

　　Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree inMilitary Science, Intelligence Studies, Aerospace Engineering,Aeronautical Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, ElectricalEngineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field OR

　　Minimum of 3 years of related experience with a Masters' degree inMilitary Science, Intelligence Studies, Aerospace Engineering,Aeronautical Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, ElectricalEngineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field OR

　　0 years of related experience with a Ph.D. in Military Science,Intelligence Studies, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Science,Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, SystemsEngineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field

　　Travel requirements - 25% - 50%

　　Other:

　　Experience with space T&E and EW T&E

　　Technical familiarity with relevant satellite programs such ascommunication, navigation, and other space-related programs

　　Experience with communication systems

　　Experience with EW threat systems

　　Experience with roadmapping, preacquisition support, requirementsdevelopment, test planning

　　Pay Range:

　　$125,000.00 - $150,000.00
