Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Fellow to join the systems/product architecture team and lead the architectures for a product portfolio addressing consumer and industrial markets. You will be responsible for architecture during the entire product development cycle from idea to volume production.

　　As part of this responsibility you will have the opportunity to build and lead a global team for the different product categories. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to work with a world-class global design team.

　　Location: Austin, TX

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Your responsibility will cover:

　　Leading a highly-skilled product architecture and systems engineering team (team leader)

　　Responsible for system/product architecture for microcontroller and microprocessor portfolio

　　Definition of the product portfolio architecture together with an interdisciplinary team

　　Ensuring high architectural synergy and engineering efficiency between the different development programs

　　Owning key performance indicators for key programs

　　Personal focus on high performance microprocessors

　　The expected skill set:

　　expert for microprocessor and microcontroller HW and SW architectures

　　experience with graphics, vision, audio, high speed interfaces, safety and/or security

　　experience with use-case analysis and decomposition

　　experience with architecting product portfolios

　　highly skilled in product development processes

　　strong communication and presentation skills

　　experienced in leading interdisciplinary global teams

　　track record of successful product introduction into the market, recognized as industry expert null
