　　We are seeking a System Engineer to support our customer’s IT operations in Washington, DC. The effort provides command-wide information technology (IT) endpoint hardware, software, mobile, and desktop support on 24/7 managed networks. This Branch researches and tests hardware and software prodcuts for use across the enclave and maintains the base images for deployment.This position will be on-site and will require an active Secret Clearance to start, all incumbents will need to gain their Top Secret.

　　System Engineer Responsibilities:

　　Analyze, design, develops, and maintains the organization's systems infrastructure, new and existing software, and software enhancements

　　Evaluate and design (products) in all phases related to hardware architecture and system integration to incude configuration, management and maintenance of an enterprise level back up solution and storage area network environment.

　　Develops integrated system test requirement, strategies, devices and systems

　　Works with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure product designs meet business requirements

　　Prepares detailed specifications for programs

　　Considers the business implications of a given technology when planning its application

　　Collaborate and communicate with various departments and personnel to meet mission objectives

　　Qualifications

　　Systems Engineer Qualifications:

　　Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of specialized experience in product evaluation, infrastructure design, systems integration, security/information assurance and management throughout the entire system life cycle.

　　Requires a minimum of two (2) years of general experience that includes knowledge of communications systems and network architectures in a large-scale client/server and web environment, and that includes either Linux, Windows or VMWare systems administration.

　　Requires experience in all phases of hardware architecture and systems integration, particularly the configuration, management and maintenance of an enterprise level backup solution (hardware and software) and storage area network environment.

　　Must possess good interpersonal, communications, and analytical skills.

　　Essential Requirements:

　　US Citizenship is required.

　　Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with ability to gain Top Secret/SCI

　　Certifications: Security + and CISSP

　　Education: Bachelor's degree in related field and 10 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, must have 15 years of related experience and a High School Diploma.

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
