　　Position Summary: Provides vision and leadership for CHS Family Strengthening Department which provides oversight of the Family Resource Centers that provide supportive services in the communities of Oakdale, Newman, Patterson and Ceres; Workforce Development program in Oakdale and Patterson and the 2Gen Program which focuses on disrupting the cycle of poverty with single mothers. This includes analysis and adaptation of department systems, infrastructure and policies/procedures, working with public/private partners to provide quality program services and to respond to changing conditions in the community.

　　Qualifications

　　:

　　BA/BS Degree or equivalent of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in program development and operations.

　　5-7 years directly related experience in a leadership role supporting human services and

　　systems.

　　Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication

　　skills.

　　Highly skilled supervisor and problem

　　solver.

　　Experience designing and implementing new systems, programs and/or

　　services.

　　Demonstrates knowledge of fiscal and program management

　　systems.

　　Pass agency paid criminal justice screening

　　fingerprints.

　　Pass agency paid TB (Tuberculosis)

　　screening.

　　Pass agency health screening or drug testing, if
