About System Analyst Rev Cycle

  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview The System Analyst Revenue Cycle 1 positionsupports and maintains software applications that impact Revenue Cycle,Patient Access, Finance and other Business related areas. This roleprovides analytical and application support in the areas of planning,implementation, optimization, and maintenance of business operations.Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Performsapplication table maintenance as needed in support of requested changes.Updates and maintains required documentation and issues lists. Supportincludes Phone support and routine business unit visits to discusspending issues. Understands computer system functionality, limitationsand architecture of supported applications. Participates in variousoperational meetings to analyze current procedures and workflows,identify problems, makes recommendations and determinations on whichsoftware functions and workflows to implement. Makes suggestions andsystem configurations to more effectively utilize the softwareapplications to improve production or workflow. Ability to understandand assist in the development and implementation of policies andprocedures as they relate to supported Software applications. Assist inimplementing upgrades, including testing of software applications.Assist Educators in the development and delivery of training anddocumentation for new software releases.
