　　The Chambersburg YMCA is seeking talented, energetic and experienced swim instructors to join our aquatics team!

　　The ideal Swim Instructor will be dependable, patient, and have a focus on safety.

　　Some Swim Instructor responsibilities include:

　　Ensuring the supervision, safety and security of the members and program participants at all times.Motivating students while promoting safety, self-confidence, a healthy lifestyle and member involvement.Maintaining a clean environment in and around the pool.Some Swim Instructor qualifications include:
